Over the past several years I have had the great fortune of meeting so many wonderful people who have been searching for homes in the North Dallas area. With so many people relocating to areas like Frisco, McKinney, Plano, and Allen my website has become a popular stop for those who are searching for more information about homes, the real estate market, local schools, property taxes, and, of course, Dallas lifestyle and culture.
Like every small business owner, however, there comes a time to expand and grow your business. That time has come for my team and I. There have been many exciting changes behind the scenes that will continue for several months. These changes will be reflected throughout my website in the near future.
One of the major changes is the addition of my new website that has tons of information for all things Frisco. If you came to this site searching for Frisco information then visit Frisco Residential. Another expansion includes the addition of commercial real estate. More and more, our team is being approached to broker commercial lease deals, vacant land for development, and purchasing commercial properties. We have been all too happy to accomodate those needs.
Of course, one of the most obvious changes that needs mentioning is our new real estate company, E-Team Realty. We consulted with several clients and asked them the simple question, "how much did our national brand affiliation influence your decision to work with us?". The overwhelming response was "little to none". The reality is that sucessful real estate, like every other business, is built on relationships and trust. With that vote of confidense, we launched out into a new adventure called, E-Team Realty. So far, it's been one of the best decisions we've made.
