I'm a pretty straight forward kind of guy. I don't like to be "sold", I don't like marketing hype, and I really look for substance over style. So, when I began interviewing real estate companies around Denver the number one question I asked was, "what makes you any different than every other company in town?". That can apply to anything - organizations, relationships, personal success, etc. The first thing that needed changing was the transaction system (or should I say, lack thereof). The Transaction Management System a laser focused system that relieved brokers of the tedious details of the transaction. They discovered that without a strong system in place, the broker's attention was directed away from serving their clients and stress levels were through the roof. Brokers were running around like a circus clown with 20 plates spinning in the air at the same time. The Transaction Management System was a HUGE success.
