Unfortunately, you and I both have met "that" real estate agent. The pushy kind that seems like they are only in it for themselves. Somewhere on their business card, I'm sure it says "God's Gift To All Things Real Estate". The good news is that you don't have to put up with it!

When you choose a Realtor, you should get an exceptional experience that results in a wonderful home that you are proud to call your own. In other words, it should always be about You, not the agent!

Do You Have An Irrational Fear Of Realtors? Yeah, I Do Too.

Working with a real estate agent is only partially about their skills and knowledge. It is also about chemistry. If you are going to spend hours and hours together over an extended amount of time, it's important that you actually like your agent. I can't tell you how many horror stories I have heard from good people that got stuck with a terrible agent. Believe me I understand what it's like.

Unfortunately, working with real estate brokers can be like that whole Forrest Gump's box of chocolate deal... you never know what you're gonna get. Will it be the cheesy super-salesman, the cling-on, or the prima-donna? Are there any agents that are normal?

Truth be told, there are just as many horror stories about self-serving clients as there are about bad agents. Over time it's easy for brokers to build up personal defenses that result in a de-personalized home buying experience. Nevertheless, buying a home is Your time. So, I decided to create a solution that I believe will help both sides "try before you buy".

I have a method that will reduce your fears about choosing me as your Buyer's Agent. It's called the "1 Day - Try Before You Buy - Trial Period"

The idea is this, choose me as your agent and let's go look at homes for 1 day together. At the end of the day if you do not feel like I will provide exceptional service or if you feel like I am just a pushy salesman, then we part ways with no hard feelings. However, if you feel comfortable working together, then you agree to sign the paperwork allowing me to become your exclusive agent. Your brother-in-law is just out of luck.
